I. About Products and Processes
Q1: Is the artwork entirely handmade?
A: All works presented by Clay Tales are hand-sculpted by artisans, not replicated from molds. Each piece is an independent creation, and differences in details are normal.
Q2: Were the colors on the artwork applied in post-production?
A: All colors are the original colors of the different clay materials themselves, and are presented after firing at a high temperature of about 1200°C. There is no post-processing paint, dyeing or spraying.
Q3: Is it normal for the surface of a work to have textures, pores, or unevenness?
A: These are natural marks left by hand-shaping, an important characteristic of handmade creations. They are not flaws and have artistic and collectible value.
II. Regarding Logistics and Distribution
Q1: How long will it take to receive it?
A: Typical delivery times are as follows:
Asia region: Approximately 7–12 business days
Europe and America: Approximately 10–18 business days
Actual prices may vary depending on customs clearance efficiency and holidays.
Q2: Are there any additional customs duties or shipping fees?
A: All prices listed are inclusive of tax and shipping costs; buyers do not need to pay any additional fees.
Q3: Is it easy to get damaged during transportation?
A: Each piece is secured with foam and reinforced with a shockproof outer box; if damaged during transportation, our store will provide free reshipment or refund assistance.
III. Orders, Returns and After-Sales Service
Q1: What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
A: Please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the goods and provide:
1) Photos or videos of the damaged artwork
2) Outer box and shipping label
After verification, returns, exchanges, or refunds can be arranged.
Q2: Under what circumstances are returns not applicable?
Including but not limited to:
• Handcrafted marks, uneven surface, and variations in natural texture
• Personal aesthetic preferences do not match
• Damage not caused by defects in the product itself
• Works that have been used or damaged by external forces
Q3: Can I cancel my order?
A: If shipment has not yet been arranged, please contact customer service for an assessment; once shipment has been arranged, it cannot be cancelled.

A: Clay Tales' curated works have the following characteristics:

A: Yes, but you need to consult and assess the production cycle in advance.
